Founded in 2000 as Innogy plc, the Innogy group is one of Europe’s largest gas and electricity supply companies. npower is the retail area of the company and is now one of the UK’s big 6 energy suppliers. The other two areas are renewables and grid and infrastructure. Now part of the E.ON UK group after a failed SSE/npower merger in 2018, npower serves around 5.1 million customers across residential and business energy sectors.
npower is committed to helping customers and their communities as well as investing in newer, renewable energy sources such as wind farms and hydroelectric power schemes
